Outside there is a private pool (width 3.80 x 8 m , depths 1.20-1.70 m), an outdoor shower, a BBQ (built in charcoal BBQ) with sink and dining table placed under the pleasant shade of trees with great views to the pool and the sea.

The Villa is surrounded by vast, sunny terraces offering several lovely seating areas with superb views of the blue Ionian Sea. They are equipped with tasteful sun beds and garden furniture. The garden is already set and it offers a colourful Mediterranean flair.

There is no other building within the property, thus all outside areas enjoy the privacy you are looking for in your holidays. On a warm day, there will be probably nothing better as to laze here, just relax and enjoy tranquility and peace.

For your car, there is a closed garage as well as open parking place within the property.
